In accordance to our slogan we preserve cultural heritage. We handle manuscripts and valuable library material very carefully and professionally. At the same time, by digitizing the library documentation, and through digital libraries and virtual excursions into the past, the present, and the future, we preserve  cultural heritage and national pride, because we give the general public easy access to cultural content from home, library or reading rooms.

We offer documentation archiving in paper or microfilm form in our archives for which we provide:

  • Fire and theft protection with  stable conditions for document archiving (humidity, lighting, temperature…) . The fire protection system uses INERGEN inert gas;
  • 24/7  technical and physical security;
  • archiving services with minimal response time;
  • documentation delivery in a closed space with limited access and video surveillance system;
  • technical security in all spaces (limited access, access control, video surveillance, motion sensors) and a 24/7 direct connection to the security company;
  • water sensors in all archive premises;
  • Independent 24/7 power supply in case of longer electrical energy black-outs;
  • document traceability (auditing).

With our classical archiving services in the MFC.2 premises we save your valuable office space. The documentation is stored under appropriate conditions in a controlled environment. Our experienced employees ensure that your documentation is managed professionally and in accordance to all relevant laws and regulations giving you a better work process efficiency and space utilisation.
