Central office
Is the central point of the company. It is responsible for keeping a centralised and up-to-date records management and supervises the handling of documentation in internal organisational units. Central office services provide safe and professional execution of the following tasks:
- Keeping record of incoming and outgoing documentation and shipments and inserting/ importing records into the work register;
- Classification of shipments by recipient or by content; scanning;
- Allocation of shipments and documents into processing;
- Enveloping;
- Daily delivery of electronic documents;
- Daily courier delivery of postal and special shipments;
- Printout of standard postal forms (return receipts, stamps,…).
