Central office

Is the central point of the company. It is responsible for keeping a centralised and up-to-date records management and supervises the handling of documentation in internal organisational units. Central office services provide safe and professional execution of the following tasks:

  • Keeping record of incoming and outgoing documentation and shipments and inserting/ importing records into the work register;
  • Classification of shipments by recipient or by content; scanning;
  • Allocation of shipments and documents into processing;
  • Enveloping;
  • Daily delivery of electronic documents;
  • Daily courier delivery of postal and special shipments;
  • Printout of standard postal forms (return receipts, stamps,…).
