Artec 3D Scanners
Artec has developed various-sized scanners specifically to accommodate the scanning of a range of objects: from a matchbox to a whole person. It is recommended that the appropriate-sized scanner is used for a specific purpose to arrive at the final 3D image quickly and most efficiently. In certain cases, a combination of two scanners can be used to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
Artec 3D Scanner Models:

MEDIUM (M, MHT, MH) - the most versatile and popular Artec scanner size. Perfect for scanning medium objects such as a human face, a lamp, or a motorcycle exhaust pipe.
LARGE (L) - the scanner with the largest field and depth of view. Perfect for scanning large objects such as the full human body, a horse, or a car exterior.
SMALL (S) - the scanner with the smallest field and depth of view. Perfect for scanning small object like a coin or combining scans with results from either the medium or the large scanners.
